YOU PUT ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER EVERY SINGLE DAY. RUNNING IS NO DIFFERENT. YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY RUN A 5K, IF YOU WANT. IN THIS COURSE, I WILL GIVE YOU ALL OF THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO TRAIN FOR A 5K AND EVEN JUST LEARN TO RUN BETTER, AVOID INJURY, GET FASTER AND FEEL STRONGER. DESIRE AND MOTIVATION NOT INCLUDED.

I ENJOY TRIATHLONS AND ORGANIZED RUNNING RACES, BUT THE TRAINING ISN'T ALWAYS ABOUT THE RACE OR THE FINISH LINE. I ENJOY BEING FITTER THAN THE AVERGE PERSON AND NEVER HAVING TO WORRY IF I AM FIT ENOUGH TO GO ON SOME ADVENTURE OR DO SOMETHING REALLY COOL. THE ENDURANCE TRAINING FOR THESE RACES GIVES ME A GOAL AND SIMULTANEOUSLY KEEPS ME FIT & GETTING CONTINUOUSLY GETTING MORE FIT. THIS COULD BE YOU TOO. ALL IT TAKES IS CONSISTENCY. HERE'S A PLAN TO HELP YOU TAKE IT UP A NOTCH..
