Prior to booking a session, Alli requires a phone consultation at no cost to you to understand your needs and goals. This helps optimize time during your first session. The first session is typically an assessment of your fitness level and a full body workout. From there, you will work with Alli on creating a realistic plan to meet your fitness goals. With her attention to detail on form and safety and a deep understanding of functional movement, you can rest assured that you will not only be on your way to the body and fitness level you want, but you will develop a strong understanding and skill in functional movement and how this can positively affect your everyday life and physical aptitude.
