Each individual is unique and a nutrition plan should represent that. When dieting, you should never feel hungry or deprived. This isn't a get skinny quick diet and no Hollywood fads or bullshit is involved. It is simply learning what a true balanced diet is and how it positively affects your body composition, implementing it and staying accountable to it whether your goal is to lose, gain or maintain a healthy weight. We will assess what your diet looks like now, what is and isn’t working, what needs to change and how we can make it fun and attainable for you. Based on your goals, daily activity and exercise, we will establish your optimum macronutrient and calorie intake. Alli will teach you how this impacts your overall health and progress towards your goals and give you the tools necessary to execute. A monthly nutrition coaching plan will include:
7 Day Meal Plan: A plan created with the foods you like and dislike in mind as a guide to use for weekly meal planning. This will allow you to see how you can change, modify and substitute foods you like and still hit your targets while maintaining an optimal diet - even when going to restaurants and traveling.
Weekly Check-In's: Consistency is key and Alli will hold you accountable to meeting your targets each week. Once weekly, you will submit your food log for review. Tracking and reporting your food is made easy via an app on your phone.
Monthly Progress Assessment: At the end of each month, you will schedule a 30 minute video call with Alli to discuss progress made and any challenges that you have had come up. At this time, you and Alli will assess current nutrient targets and make any necessary adjustments needed to continue making progress towards your goals.
