Alli's career in the fitness industry spans over 7+ years. As a fitness trainer, she is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations in functional training, corrective exercise, weight loss and cardio for performance.
Most recently, she launched an app for online training, Fit to Live, where she develops individualized fitness and nutrition programs for select clients around the world and coaches them through every step. Alli creates realistic action plans based on each clients individual goals and needs while focusing on education, accountability and establishing the mindset needed to make sustainable changes.
She has taught for some of the biggest brands in the boutique fitness industry including SoulCycle, where she was named top instructor by TimeOut LA magazine in 2017 and taught sold out classes across the country during her time with the company.
Her eclectic background that includes many types of performing arts and love of being on stage not only influences how she leads classes, but landed her a 3 year gig touring with the fitness festival, Wanderlust, as the emcee. She has an extremely unique and entertaining way of commanding the attention of large crowds and engaging with them to motivate, challenge and inspire.
Alli serves as a brand ambassador to some of the world’s top fitness and adventure brands creating lifestyle content that usually consists of some crazy travel adventures or training for her next physically challenging endeavor. She is a global ambassador for CLIF Bar and NUUN Hydration and has previously worked with Adidas and GoPro. She has become a sought after partner that connects brands directly to consumers via social media. A firm believer in practicing what you preach, Alli very much lives the adventurous, goal-oriented life that she exemplifies on social media (and if she has an off day…you’ll know all about it). She is the perfect example of "you get what you see."
Alli appeared on Season 25 of CBS’ the Amazing Race. She made up 1/2 of the fan favorite duo known as #TheCyclists as they raced around the world. You can find her latest travels and stories of her adventures (like jumping off of cliffs in New Zealand to cycling through Rio De Janeiro) on her YouTube Channel. As an amateur athlete, Alli competed in the ITU (triathlon) World Championships in 2018 on Australias Gold Coast, representing Team USA. She continues to train day in and day out for various athletic endeavors but, at the end of the day, she believes fitness and wellness is the gateway to living a full and adventurous life. Her ultimate, everyday goal is to just be fit to live.
