The amount of times I have had the same conversation with clients, friends and family on tips to lose weight, dieting and exercise is far too many to count. Everywhere you look, there is advice on how to lose weight. Only problem is, it's all a bunch of bullshit - you need this product or that product or this diet or that diet. The truth about weight loss is almost too simple for most to wrap their head around because of everything we hear and read. The commitment required, however, is one that is a little more challenging.
I designed this 8-week program to educate, motivate and hold you accountable to the goals you have for yourself. Through individual and group coaching, you’ll work to establish realistic goals and an action plan, develop a clear understanding on what it takes for you as an individual to lose weight by adhering to nothing more than a balanced diet and committing to a regular workout routine that fits your schedule. You will be held accountable by daily check-ins and supported in an online community of bad ass women who are taking on the same challenge as you. I will give you the knowledge and tools you need and it's up to you to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
is comprised of two parts: individualized coaching for your specific needs and group coaching to learn general information necessary to your success. During the 60 days, you will get to know other amazing women making the same commitment to themselves to share ideas, recipes, success stories, challenges and more.
TWO 30-MINUTE COACHING SESSIONS WITH ALLI
Calls will be scheduled upon registration and will take place via video chat at a time convenient to both you and Alli.
Initial session will take place during April 3 - April 15 to make sure you are set up to succeed and to answer any and all questions.
The second session can be scheduled by emailing and can be scheduled for anytime during the 8 weeks. Additional coaching sessions may be scheduled at a rate of $50 per session anytime you feel you need more personalized guidance.
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION GUIDELINES FOR FITNESS & WEIGHT LOSS
Based on your intake form and initial coaching session, Alli will determine the optimal daily calorie intake and macronutrient balance for you.
*Macronutrients are carbohydrates, proteins and fats. (Weeks 1, 2 & 3 will include information on macronutrients so that you better understand how they fuel your body and can affect weight loss, weight gain and daily energy levels)
Receive a copy of Alli's "Nutrition Guidelines for Sustainable Weight Loss" that includes easy-to-understand information necessary to help you stay on track and make educated decisions.
PLEASE NOTE: The individual nutrition information given in this course is based on your age, height, weight, gender, dietary preferences and fitness goals. The focus is on caloric intake and macronutrient balance for weight loss. While there is a focus on making nutritious choices and education around it, the information that will be given in this 60 day challenge can be applied to any diet whether you are vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian or a meat eater.
In your initial coaching session, you will work with Alli to set a routine for working out and meal preparation that is both manageable and realistic for you throughout this 60 day challenge.
*(example: meal prep every Sunday & Wednesday. Workouts = cardio on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and strength training on Tuesday & Thursday)
Daily check-ins will be required so that you will be held accountable to your commitment. Your progress will be reviewed and any constructive feedback that might be beneficial will be given during your coaching sessions.
*This program requires you to take initiative and follow through. If you don't, you won't see results. It's as simple as that. The accountability portion of this 60 day challenge is one of the key components and possibly, the most valuable. Should you miss check-in more than 7 consecutive days, you will be removed from the program.

30-45 minute live video with a Q&A to follow. If you can't make the live video, no worries, it will be available to view throughout the 8 weeks to reference. Additionally, if you can't make the video and have questions, Alli will be answering questions through the comment section each week.

Every Monday, you will receive 3 workouts that can be done anywhere. The workouts are a variety of bodyweight, dumbbell and resistance band workouts with instructional videos. The intention of these workouts is to help increase metabolism and overall strength and stability. These workouts can modified for all levels.
*Talk to Alli in your coaching session about how to incorporate these into your current routine or how to build out a routine that best suits your needs.
DISCOVER HOW TO INCORPORATE FAT BURNING FOODS INTO NEW RECIPES
Along with your workout, you will receive a recipe for a new meal to try each week! Alli will take a delicious, high calorie meal and create a recipe that is a low-to-moderate calorie equivalent with clean ingredients and instructions on how to easily portion it out no matter how many you're cooking for. These recipes will begin to open your eyes as to how ingredients to popular recipes can be easily substituted for healthier choices and applied to any recipe.
PRIVATE ONLINE GROUP WITH A COMMUNITY OF LIKE-MINDED WOMEN
Upon registration, you will receive a link to a private Facebook group. This group will be exclusive to 26 other amazing women who are committed to this journey and will be used as a place to connect, support one another, hold each other accountable and ask questions. Alli will be answering questions and available for support within the group throughout the duration of the program.
